To obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) go to ourOrder Tracking Pageto log in and view order details. Select the MRA option to the far right, and it will prompt you for the information needed to process your request. An email will be sent within 48 hours of the request with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. Please include a copy of the original receipt and the email with the return. No returns will be accepted without an MRA number. Please note all MRA’s expire after 30 days of issue. If the MRA is not shipped back to ATK High Performance within 30 days of issue a new MRA must be requested. All returns must be postage paid. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a $10 Restocking Fee.
Return Policy

Parts Returns:You may return any Parts to ATK High Performance within 60 days from your date of order. No returns will be accepted after the 60 days have expired. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition. ATK High Performance is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Product catalog data is supplied by the manufacturer, and ATK High Performance makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of the parts lookup process. It is the installer’s responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a $10 Restocking Fee.
Engine & Transmission Returns:All merchandise is eligible for return within 14 days of date of delivery EXCEPT for custom built engines and transmissions. Engines that have had part changes that very from ATK’s combination are also non-returnable. If a customer backs out of a custom built engine, there will be a 15% charge for the ordering of non stocking parts. All of ATK’s transmissions are custom built for the customer, therefore they are non-returnable. Merchandise must be authorized for return by ATK High Performance and will be identified with an MRA number. All merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited back to customer accounts within 14 business days of the completed inspection of the returned merchandise.
Non-Returnable Parts:Factory Special-Order Parts, Racing Parts, Installed Parts, Painted Parts, and Custom Made Parts cannot be returned for credit for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable for credit if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only, at the manufacturer’s discretion.
When ordering parts and accessories for vehicles still under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure that the warranty will not be adversely affected by the installation of these parts. If in doubt, please contact your local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before ordering. ATK High Performance cannot accept return requests for parts due to vehicle warranty issues.
Warranty Parts:Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing or competition carry a manufacturer’s defect warranty only. They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circ*mstance. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration please email customer service, as some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly back to the manufacturer. ATK High Performance reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer.

Refunds
Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card or Paypal account you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a “credit approved” email the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please email our returns department at salesdesk@high-performance-engines.com and we will respond to you immediately. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will be charged a $10 Restocking Fee. Engine Refunds: All merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited back to customer accounts within 14 business days of the completed inspection of the returned merchandise.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
